We realize that not all dealers can easily specify a home system. New dealers especially can find the process of selecting the proper A/V and control components daunting. However, taking time to correctly identify the right devices is of great importance.

Our goal at RSD is to deliver the best in automation for each system we program. Using the proper system components (i.e., tuner, dvd, projector, etc.) is crucial in achieving our goal. To this end, we support each dealer in making informed decisions on the proper devices to specify.

During each project RSD evaluates the level of control a given device performs. This evaluation clarifies possible trouble spots where a devicemay not offer the level of control assumed or desired.

Although, this is helpful and sufficient to our experienced dealer network,new dealers may need more attention in developing their expertise. As a service to new and developing dealers, we offer the ability to hire the experienced staff at RSD to do sales call, system spec and implementation on your behalf.
